Warranty Repairs
Any product that is found to be faulty, and is still within the warranty period, is repaired or replaced, free of charge. Products MUST be returned according to our RMA Process.

Extended Warranty
For a number of M2M products, customers can purchase extended warranty. For more information please contact us.

Out of Warranty Repairs
Products outside of the warranty period are repaired at the customer's expense. We often have service spares in stock that can reduce the out-of-warranty costs so please check with us in these circumstances.
